                                    REGISTRATION INFORMATION
                                 
                   Cost: $298 per person (single or double occupancy)

                 Your payment must accompany your registration form

COST INCLUDES: Registration for the weekend.  Single accommodation for two nights, six meals and coffee breaks.  Souvenirs and tote bag favours (through the generosity of your fellow miniaturists).  A chance to win a free table centrepice.

Cost does NOT include:  Pre-banquet drinks or workshop fee Registration:

If your registration form is postmarked earlier than October 11, 2000 it will be returned to you.  All registrations postmarked for one day will be drawn at random in order to assign a registration number.  There is a limited number of double rooms for couples who wish to share a room.  There are also rooms available for those with special needs. Although the facility has been designated non-smoking, there are a few smoking rooms available in another wing.

Your application for registration MUST be accompanied either with a cheque for the full amount of $298.00, or two cheques - one currently dated for $158.00 and the other post-dated Feb. 1, 2001 for $140.00. You can also pay $50.00 per month for six months by including post-dated cheques dated Oct.15, 2000; Nov.15, 2000; Dec. 15,2000; Jan15,2001, Feb.15, 2001 and Mar.15,2001.

Workshop registration information is also included.  Workshop choices will be allocated according to your registration number.  Because we will be allocating workshops based on the choices you send in with your Registration, later change requests can ONLY be made if there is a vacancy in one of the other classes.

Workshop payment is to be made based on your FIRST CHOICE of workshop and can be added to your registration fee payment or sent as a separate payment payable February 1, 2001.

All functions are non-smoking.

Registration for the 2001 Miniatures Gathering weekend can be made by filling out and mailing the attached form to the address given above, POSTMARKED NO EARLIER THAN OCTOBER 11, 2000.

Registration Notification:  If your cheque(s) have been cashed, consider yourself registered, no separate registration notification will be mailed in order to keep our mailing costs down.  If you have questions, please contact Catherine Thomas at (613)443-3032 e-mail to thomas_treasures@cheerful.com

Cancellations and Refunds:  Should you find it necessary to cancel, a refund of your registration fee (minus an administration fee) will be given, providing notice in writing is received prior to February 28, 2001.  If you find it necessary to cancel, please inform the Registrar by telephone and then confirm in writing or by fax or E-Mail.  We will reimburse you by cheque upon written notification. Please do not put a stop payment on your cheque at the bank, as the bank will levy a charge of $15-20 for both parties.
