Registration Information

The Cost The weekend includes two nights in hotel, six meals, coffee breaks, snacks, favours, entertainment, and fabulous souvenirs. The cost is $330 Canadian Funds per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available at an additional cost of $60 Canadian funds. Workshop charges, Gathering Helper tickets and pre-banquet drinks are not included.

How To Register Details on how to register appear on the Registration Form.  All registrations received by October 15, 2003 will be drawn at random and assigned a registration number. This number will be used when assigning workshops. Registrations received after October 15 will be assigned numbers in sequence. Because of this random drawing, and in the event we have more registrants than we can accomodate, it is absolutely essential that those wishing to room together send in their registration in the SAME ENVELOPE.

Registration Notification If your cheques have been cashed, consider yourself registered. This will be followed by confirmation of your workshop selection.

Cancellations A refund of your registration fee (minus a $25 administration charge) will be given provided notice in writing is received prior to February 28th, 2004. Refunds after March 1 will depend on whether we have someone to take your place or based on hotel policy. Please advise Marlene Thomas (Registrar) by telephone (613)825-0277 OR email: mthomas@ sympatico.ca and then confirm in writing if you must cancel. If a refund is in order, we will reimburse you by cheque. To avoid bank charges, please do not put a stop payment on your cheque.
