A VINTAGE WICKER CARRIAGE

Instructor - Kim Stewart 

All Skill Levels 

In this workshop students will learn the art of wicker construction using wire and natural cord to create a darling wicker carriage with matching sun umbrella in 1" scale. The diamond pattern and circular weaving will be taught. The carriage will be finished in a light oak stain and completed with an upholstered seat pad and backrest in faux suede trims.

FAUX FINISH ROOM BOX

Instructor - Gayle Baillargeon

Beginner to intermediate

The box is made from ½" foamcore and has a wooden frame. It includes exterior scene, patio doors, fireplace and two levels. (Furniture and accessories shown not included). 

Techniques taught include marbling, colour washing and sponging, also relief carving with paperclay. You have a choice of marble colours, (Rose and cream) (Beige and rust) (Black & Gray & white)

SILK SKIRTED WICKER VANITY TABLE WITH MIRROR

This is a matching vanity for the wicker bed taught last year in Ottawa.
The project teaches wicker construction to match last year's wicker bed. Class will also offer the making of bottles and accessories for the vanity table.
