The hotel will try to arrange for your specific needs, however, ground floor rooms are limited.  All areas of the hotel are accessible by elevator.  Many rooms have a queen-size bed and a pull-out couch.

PAYMENT:  Registration - Your registration application must be accompanied by your payment.  There are three methods of payment available to you.

_______ One cheque for $350.00, with registration, dated October 22, 2007

 

_______ Two cheques for $175.00 each, dated October 22, 2007, and January 22, 2008

 

_______ Five cheques for $70.00 each, dated October 22, 2007, November 22, 2007,

December 22, 2007, January 22, 2008, and February 22, 2008

 

Workshop  payments to be included as indicated on your Workshop Registration form.

 

Payment will be accepted in Canadian Funds only by either cheque or International Money Order, made out to “The Miniature Clubs of London Gathering 2008”.  U.S. funds will be accepted at par.

Your cashed cheque is your notice of registration.

Mail To:  2008 Miniatures Gathering, 37 Laurel Cres., Ingersoll, ON, N5C 3S9.  Registration forms should arrive by October 22, 2007, when the selection process will begin.

Cancellations and refunds:  February 28, 2008  is the deadline for cancellation refunds.  Please inform the Registrar by phone, followed by written confirmation (post/e-mail).  Reimbursements will be dependent on our ability to replace you, and subject to a $25 administrative fee.  To avoid excessive bank charges to the committee and yourself, do not put a stop payment on your cheque.
