- Registration from 3 to 6 p.m. and 7 to 8 p.m.
- Welcome from Convenor at 8 p.m.
- Between 8:30 and 10 p.m. there will be a "meet and
greet" opportunity.
- Roundtable workshop kits on sale at 10 p.m.
- Bedtime snack
Vendors may set up for the Artisans Market any time
between 3 and 9 p.m.
Saturday, April 24
- Breakfast 7 to 8:30 a.m.
- Registered workshops 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- Coffee/tea break 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Registered workshops 1:45 to 5 p.m.
- Coffee/tea break 3 p.m.
- Cash bar 6:30 p.m. followed by Banquet dinner and
entertainment, 7 to 9 p.m.
- Artisans Sales rooms 9 to 11 p.m.
- Display room open 9 to 11 p.m.
Sunday, April 25
- Breakfast 7 to 8:30 a.m.
- Registered workshops 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- Coffee/tea break 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Non-registered roundtable workshops 9 a.m. to 12
noon
Note: For those not interested in taking a registered
workshop but who prefer to bring their own "project"
to work on, a "UFO" table (Un-Finished Objects) will
be available. |
